ClearPath started because I wanted to build something I could be proud of, a business that does the work right and actually means something to the community it serves.
We handle lawn maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping for residential homes, commercial properties, and HOAs across Omaha. But what drives this company goes deeper than that. ClearPath is built around two causes that are close to my heart: autism awareness and heart health awareness. Those aren’t marketing points. They’re personal. The colors you see on our trucks and uniforms represent autism awareness, and every time we pull up to a property, that’s a reminder of why we do this.
I started this business because I believe you can run a company with real standards and still be part of something bigger than the bottom line. Every lawn we maintain, every storm we clear, that’s us showing up for Omaha the same way we show up for the people we love.
We’re minority-owned, Omaha-based, and we take this work seriously. Not because we have to. Because that’s who we are.

A Logo With Meaning
The colors you see on our trucks and in our logo, red, green, blue, and yellow, represent autism awareness. That’s not a design choice. It’s personal. This is Nova, and he’s the reason those colors mean something every time we pull up to a property.
This cause also has a name: Phyllis. Our grandmother passed away in 2024 from a series of heart attacks she never knew she was having. ClearPath was built the year we lost her, and part of why we show up every day is for her.
ClearPath was built to do good work and give back to the community at the same time. Supporting autism awareness and heart health awareness isn’t something we added to our brand. It’s the reason the brand exists.
This one is for Nova. Every color in our logo represents this cause, and every time we show up to a property, we carry it with us.
